After School Clubs
The London Lens Project offers both a photography and animation after school clubs for academic years 3 - 6
All equipment is provided.
Lesson start/end times + course lengths, can be tailored to suit your school and sessions last between 1 - 1.5 Hrs
All our tutors are fully qualified to work with young people and hold at minimum, a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
After School Courses
Our after school clubs has been taught in schools since 2015 and we became a Artmark Partner in 2018
The London Lens Project is inspired by The Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations that work to promote "peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future"
Founder of The London Lens Project Patrick Loftus, has volunteered and trained for both the NCS & ICS programmes, supporting young people to be more active and socially aware.
The London Lens Project is also further inspired by Sir Kenneth Robinson, who encourages more organisations like The London Lens Project to reach out and support creative development within schools.
We believe youth development is greatly related to confidence and it is our job to create a safe space where children can come together to socially mix, express ideas and find a place to belong.
After School Courses
The London Lens Project can handle all bookings for after school clubs via our clubs booking page and protect any data collected, within up to date GDPR polices and regulations.
Any payments made for after school courses cancelled or sessions missed due to The London Lens Project, will be fully reimbursed to the school or parent.
Equally, we are able to support your school to manage the bookings, providing promotional material such as short blurbs, full course descriptions, promotional flyers, images and videos.
The London Lens Project is also able to offer assembly add-on's to aid promotions. These assemblies only last between 10-15 minutes, help to inform the children about what's in the club and generate excitement to support bookings.
“A really engaging assembly that got the children excited about animation and the endless creativity it can stimulate.
The assembly was clear and informative and allowed the children to see what they would experience in the after school course. It was delivered well by Patrick who managed to keep a hall of 240 children transfixed.
Bookings have already started to come in and we look forward to animation club coming to our school."
